    Audit Manager

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
    • CPA or Passed at least lower levels of the exam.
    • 2-7 years of public accounting experience.
    • Familiarity with US GAAP, Auditing and Technical and analytical skills.
    • Ability to travel.
    • Able to manage many engagements and finishing projects.
    • Strong training, mentoring and leadership skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills to represent the firm well.
    • Staff will be supervised by the Manager.
    • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of audit engagements.
    • Give support and supervision to the engagement staff and encourage open communication to the Manager and Partner.
    • Look over all non-scheduled and scheduled general ledger accounts for correct entries.
    • Outstanding communication and client service skills with an established ability to create and upkeep excellent relationships with clients.
    • Cooperate with partners and managers on client issue resolutions and give guidance for regulatory, and legal accounting issues that may come up during an audit engagement.
    • Able to handle many engagements at the same time with different teams to effectively complete client deadlines.
    • Generate and monitor engagement budgets to look over for inefficiencies that may come to light in the course of the audit.
    • Giving counseling when needed and lead constructive discussions with team members.
    • Work as an instructor or discussion leader in a professional development programs.
