    Oversee all accounting operations of the company to ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX.
    Responsible for monthly closings and uploading results into Hyperion/HFM
    Assist CFO with forecasts and budgets.
    Support to two direct reports in the areas of customer service, logistics, accounts payable, purchasing, and other back-office activities
    Help design fixed asset accounting and capitalization processes to comply with accounting standards.
    Assist CFO with integration activities such as bank account transitions, system implementations and other items as required.
     
    BS in Accounting
    Experience as a controller and/or equivalent public accounting equivalent
    CPA or MBA
    Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise or similar mid-sized ERP software
    Exposure to fixed asset accounting and related software
    Exposure to SOX compliance
    Exposure to revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842)
    Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
