    Description:

    The Director is responsible for overseeing the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K etc.).
    Prepare monthly reporting to senior management, Board of Director, and the Audit Committee.
    Train and manage Staff.
    Responsible for reviewing and summarizing technical accounting matters in compliance with GAAP.
    Review footnotes to financial statements and related supporting documentation.
    Prepare and review financial statements in the form necessary for external financial reporting.
    Detailed review of general ledger accounts as assigned as well as review accounts reconciled by staff.

    Experience:

    Bachelor degree in Accounting
    Strong computer skills
    7 to 10 years experience in corporate accounting including a thorough understanding of GAAP.
    CPA
    Thorough understanding of SEC reporting requirements.
