    Description:
    Responsible for running the company's external financial reporting function.
    Work with team to run the quarterly and annual SEC reporting.
    Assist with quarterly 10-Q filings, Annual 10-K filings, and earning release.
    Preform accounting research, M&A research and special projects.
    SOX testing including financial data.

    Requirements:

    1-3 in public accounting, preferably "Big 4".
    CPA required.
    Experience with publicly traded companies external filings.
    Knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules are a strong plus.
