Fund Accountant

    Candidate must have relative experience with fund accounting.
    Position reports to Accounting Manager.
    Prepare all financial reports for the alternative investment funds, including monthly valuations, investor transactions and cash management.
    Prepare annual audited financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
    Ad-hoc reporting.
     
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    1 to 3 years of experience in fund accounting and or public accounting within the financial services industry.
    Public Accounting experience recommended.
    Thorough experience with MS Excel and Word and hedge fund accounting software.
