    • CPA (or equivalent) with 15+ years of a mixture of public accounting and corporate accounting experience, with increasing levels of responsibility and seniority.
    • Need Reporting and regulatory experience.
    • Banking/Financial Services.
    • Banking experience is preferred.
    • Preferred Oracle ERP experience.
    • Knowledge of financial systems and integration of data.
    • Lead the corporate accounting team.
    • Direct all corporate accounting activities, which include US GAAP compliance and close processes.
    • Responsible for ensuring our financial statement compilation and bank regulatory reporting is completed on a timely basis.
    • Collaborate working relationships with other teams throughout the company including Legal, Marketing, Compliance, and other Finance teams.
    • Responsible for our accounting close process.
    • Focus on mentoring and training team members.
    • Lead all close processes, reporting, and coordination with external, internal, and regulatory auditors.
    • Monitor recent technical accounting and bank regulatory pronouncements for potential new requirements that could impact accounting, reporting or the business.
    • Develop meaningful monthly and quarterly close packages for senior management.
