    Compensation Range $220K Plus Long-Term Incentives
     
    This position will play a key role in the overall Accounting and Finance Leadership for one of the most successful diversified N.Y.S.E Companies with operations in New Jersey.
     
    Significant Areas of Responsibility Include:
     
    • Monthly Financial Process, including Consolidation, Reporting and Analysis for the Corporation.
    • Strong consolidations experience.
    • G/L Structure, Controls, and Procedures regarding ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
    • Experience working with international subsidiaries and foreign currency translation.
    • Financial analysis experience a plus.
    • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure while ensuring the work product delivered is of the highest level of quality
    • Good understanding of US GAAP accounting and financial reporting, corporate financial processes, and internal controls over financial reporting.
    • Improving processes and accounting for suspense and zones.
    • Provide information and analytical support to corporate departments including Corporate Controllers, FAPP, and Tax.  This may include ad-hoc reporting, detailed account or process analysis or consultation on policy issues.
    • Assist with acquisitions and divestitures.  This would involve putting together information for a potential purchase or sale as well as integrating the entities into current reporting.
     
    The Successful Candidate will possess the following:
     
    • CPA
    • 15 years of Large Public Accounting Firm Experience and or Fortune 500 Accounting Management Experience.
    • Excellent Presentation Skills.
    • Ability to interface with all levels of Management.
    • A High Degree of Personal Ambition to Succeed.
