    Supervise and participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close.   This will include SEC reporting, SOX control and reviews.
    Work closely with external and internal auditors.
    Oversee the external SEC Financial reporting process including 10K’s, 10Q’s and 8K’s.
    Managing accounting personnel.
    Perform technical accounting research and documentation.
    Ensure quality control over certain key areas of monthly financial close.
    Partner with FP&A during the budgeting process.
    Participate in earnings release process including quarterly management reporting package.
    Ensure SOX requirements are met for relevant areas through preparation of review controls.
    Work as part of a cross-functional team to execute various special projects and transactions.
     
    Requirements:
     
    BS degree in Accounting
    CPA is required
    Minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience.
    Management experience needed.
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting search.
    SEC financial reporting experience is a must.
