    Compensation to $200K Plus a Bonus and Long-Term Incentives
     
     
    • The candidate will be a key member of the leadership team and report to the CFO.
    • Lead and support all financial planning and analysis of supply chain finance.
    • Responsible for the accounting activities for the office.
    • Responsible for the growth and performance of financial plans and recent forecasts for the company.
    • Analysis and support the monthly functioning results for accuracy, appropriate accounting standards and compliance with internal and external controls.
    • Analysis and support the calculation of the annual standard product costs.
    • Deliver financial visions that will increase the teams understanding of the business and improve their business acumen.
    • Increase competition by driving margin improvements.
    • Provide financial assistance for capital appropriation requests (CAR) submissions.
    • Calculate performance and provide totals for the site, managing risks and opportunities proactively.
    • Guide the leadership team on strategic projects and investment decisions.
     
    Requirements:
     
    • 10 to 14 years of financial and accounting experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Demonstrated ability for leadership and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong PC skills including excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
    • Highly motivated readiness to take ownership for their work and continuously challenge the how things stand.
    • SAP or comparable ERP system experience.
