Sr. Director Technical Acctg & SEC Reporting & Consolidation

    Up to $175K + Bonus and Equity
    100% Remote
     
    Lead and develop a highly engaged team that will lead the organization to success.
    Coordinate and complete the company's quarterly SEC form 10-Q and annual 10-K filings in a timely manner.
    Oversee research of complex accounting matters and ensuring conclusions are properly supported.
    Ensure financial statements are in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations as well as maintains compliance with SOX requirements.
    Create a diverse and inclusive working environment.
    Create a culture of improvement through leading process important transformations, including the identification of opportunities to refine, stabilize  and streamline financial processes to enhance the capacity of the teams services.

    Bachelors degree in Accounting 
    8 to 10 years of work experience in accounting and finance
    Strong Technical and external reporting experience
    CPA high preferred
    Expertise in GAAP and in SEC reporting
    Extensive knowledge of finance, audit and analysis principles.
