    Responsible for pharma forecasting and performance management for pharma business units.
    Accountable for partnering with the Forecasting leader to help achieve function within commercial operations.
    Demonstrated ability to lead strategically and work independently and work with all levels of management.
    Help with incentive compensation and alignment initiatives to best optimize key investments of field resources.
    Use data tools and techniques to analyze field performance and recommend resourcing levels.
    Responsibility for overseeing of the quarterly alignment, call plans, Sales goals and payouts.
    Experience with all three functional (call planning, incentive compensation and Alignments) .

    Hybrid work schedule.
    Bachelor degree in business related field.
    7 to 10 years of industry experience in finance and or forecasting.
    Mandatory pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
    Strong experience with IQVIA
    Strong excel skills
