    Description:

    Support financial close activities. This will include cash journal entries and reconciliations, prepaid expenses, and recording accounting investments.
    Analyze essential duties and responsibilities including expense accruals, intercompany activity, goodwill, and other general accounting areas.
    Assist with quarterly and annual SEC financial reporting activities.  This will include 10K / 10Q and 8-K documents.
    Assisting with internal and external audits.
    Support the month end financial close by maintaining journal entries and reconciliation control logs.

    Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
    • 1-2 years of accounting experience.
    • Knowledge of GAAP / SOX and thorough understanding of internal accounting controls.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
