    Lead the monthly closing, consolidation and reporting process while managing the general accounting function.  This will include cash, investments, prepaid assets, debt, leases and other key accounting areas.
    Ensure the timely and accurate issuance of financial statements, detailed reporting on variances, establishing and maintaining controls to ensure financial statements are continuously optimizing the financial process.
    Lead and coordinate domestic and international accounting functions. This will include inter-company transactions and eliminations to ensure the timely completion of the financial closing process and production of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
    Observe the completeness of journal entries for consolidations and reconciliations that support ledger.
    Support SEC financial reporting process.
    Participate in the annual audit to ensure accounting policies are consistent with GAAP and SEC requirements.
     
    Requirements:
     
    BS / BA in Accounting or Finance
    13 to 15 years of relevant accounting experience.
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and a deep understanding of consolidation accounting
    Thorough understanding of ERP software OneStream software and MS Excel.
