    Develop effective working relationships with business partners
    Influence strategic decisions to align company objectives.
    Thorough understanding of Financial Plan and latest estimates.  This includes leading annual financial plan and LE forecast cycles
    Monitor revenue expense performance indicators to provide guidance into the financial forecasts.
    Prepare monthly reporting packages working with business partners for any variances and implications on business performance.
    Work closely with the Director, FP&A to streamline reporting.
    Develop strong working relationship within alliance management.
     
    Requirements:
     
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    8 to 12 years’ experience
    CPA / MBA preferred
    Strong FP&A experience
    Must have commercial, medical affairs and Alliance (JV) work.
    Pharmaceutical experience required
