    Description:

    Report to the CFO
    Lead and direct accounting and reporting to ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
    Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures and ensure an effective and efficient internal control environment.
    Provide financial analysis and advice to executive management to maximize business profitability while managing risks.
    Deliver consolidated monthly financial statements including reconciliations, f/x, sales volume and margin analysis.
    Coordinate year-end closing process including managing annual audits.
    Lead coach and develop the global accounting team in collaboration with other senior finance and accounting management.
    Oversee FP&A as well as G/Acctg, F/R, Cost and AP, AR direct/indirect.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in Accounting
    CPA
    15 years diversified public accounting and private industry experience.
    Manufacturing company is a major preference
    Strong technical knowledge including GAAP
    Strong software experience including OneStream XF, Hyperion Financial Management, JD Edwards, MRP software and ERP systems.
