    Description:


    Work with tax team and provide support pertaining to all aspects of US tax laws and regulations.
    Work with multi-national business units as needed, including the following:  Federal 1120's and M-1 adjustments
    Prepare forms 5471
    Tax journal entries
    Tax provision calculations
    Varioys tax deparment projects
    Thorough knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax law regulations

    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in Accounting
    2 to 4 yeas working in a tax department
    Corporate tax experience required
    Tax software experience with CorpTax.
