    Work on various client engagements headed by the Management Director
    Analyze corporate financial statements and tax returns.
    Research and analyze executive compensation
    Industry and company research
    Input/review/report generation in QuickBooks.
    Analyze/Review income per federal individual tax returns.
    Analyze public companies including review of 10K's, proxy statements and other filings.
    Delegate and manage tasks assigned to research analysts and financial assistants as needed.


    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    1 to 4 years experience
    CPA required
    Big 4 experience is a major plus
    Forensic Accounting experience is a plus
