    Description:
     
    Manage complex state and local income and franchise tax compliance and reporting.
    Conduct advanced tax research and analysis to understand evolving regulations and provide technical guidance and support operational decisions across the business.
    Prepare GAAP Financials for the fiscal year.
    Prepare tax audit workpapers.
    Analyze corporate tax provision requirements under ASC 740.
    Preparation of financials for tax by taxable entity. 
    Implement complex tax accounting related projects from conception through completion.
     
     
    Requirements:
     
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    6 to 12 years’ experience
    Big 4 experience a plus
    ASC 740 experience 
    Tax Provision experience
    Tax research experience.
