    Responsible for the preparation of all external financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports.
    Work closely with various functions including treasury, tax, FP&A and investor relations. 
    Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial reports submitted to bond holders, drafting financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
    Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance.
    Liaise with external auditor to ensure timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits of financial statements.
    Assist with technical accounting work performed over new and complex transaction, new accounting standards or changes.
    Preparation and review annual statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAAP.

    Requirements:

    6 to 8 years prior experience in industry of public accounting.
    Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, IFRS experience a plus
    Proficiency in Workiva
    Strong MS office and Google Workspace
    Familiarly with SAP Group Reporting and HFM
