Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting - GS - 4598

    Compensation to: 165k + Bonus
     
    Description:
    Responsible for various technical accounting areas including research and analyzing operational applications, accounting estimates, new accounting pronouncements, transactions, and complex business assignments.
    Responsible for the complete process for accounting areas such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial transactions, impairment testing and preparing related analysis and ongoing compliance.
    Prepare disclosures for SEC filings on forms 10-Q and 10-K in accordance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
    Support the global accounting close / operations including journal entries, performing analysis in technical accounting areas and stakeholders.
    Provide support and review work of other accounts as needed.
     
    Requirements:
    Bachelor degree in accounting
    CPA required
    5-7 years of related accounting experience with 2-3 years in audit.
    Big 4 accounting experience is a plus
    Financial Reporting experience required with SEC reporting experience.
    Lease accounting experience
    Strong ERP skills
