    Manage accounting services for legal entities, including US GAAP compliance and close process.
    Responsible for financial statement compilation and bank regulatory reporting.
    Report to the Head of Corporate Accounting.
    Lead preparation of specific footnote disclosures for consolidated financial statements.
    Oversee the intergroup allocation process.
    Accounting and policy for technical accounting areas including investments.
    Prepare quarterly financial statement analytical packages for Controller and CEO review.
    Bank subsidiary accounting close processes and regulatory reporting.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting.
    CPA required
    8 to 12 years financial services experience preferably banking or wealth management.
    Big 4 experience or a combo with banking
    Oracle ERP experience
    Knowledge of financial systems and integration of data.
