    Description:

    Gather evidence for SOX testing.
    Conduct walkthroughs for business processes, asses the effectiveness of the processes and controls.
    Issue document request and perform SOX control testing
    Draft observations to resolve the errors/issues and enhance controls withing he audited entity.
    Execute testing key SOX controls in accordance with testing attributes, Internal Audit Department’s SOX testing guidelines and standards.
    Conduct root cause analysis of compensating controls and impact analysis bases on discussions with Management.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    4+ years of audit experience 2 of which with a Big 4 or National Accounting Firm.
    SOX experience
    Experience with identifying risks, control and developing audit tests of controls.
    Strong MS Office skills
    Experience with completing audit assignments promptly and efficiently.
