    Job Description:
     
    Responsible for all tax planning, compliance and representation before tax management.
    Responsible for the preparation of a large S Corporation return (Form 1120S). 
    Strong knowledge of partnership returns including the filing of Form 1065.
    Strong tax compliance experience with at least 4 years in preparing tax required forms.
    Experience with Real Estate and investment firm tax inquires.
    CPA highly preferred.
     
    Requirements:
     
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    MS in Tax a plus
    4 to 6 years Tax experience
    Strong Tax Software skills.
